Woot, Woooot! All aboard yet another distracting political train meant to keep the children of the New Covenant from seeking God. The Trump Train, rooted in a desire to do good as it may seem, is a distraction for all true Christians.
Politics, religious denominations, and the very concept of "sides" are the tactics of those who are of the world - especially the Synagogue of Satan. The purpose and foundation of these everyday factions are what is called Hegelian Dialect - the philosophy and psychological tactic that viciously pits people against one another over foolish worldly nonsense.
Take Democrats/Progressives/ the Left, and Republicans/Conservatives/ the Right for an example: These two political parties - a concept the United States Founders opposed - were in essence both the invention of the Chess Game (Great Game), and the boundaries of the board. They were then given color and policy as Team Red, and Team Blue.
The confines of this new game were set, and each Player knew the rules. It was the unknowing, Hapless-Observer who saw the game, and could only imagine what it was that founded it, and what it was that guided it.
The Hapless-Observer chose his favorite color. Maybe he asked his chosen color's Player what that color stood for, maybe even what that color believed. Does the color itself know? No. It is a color, how could it? But the Player, he knew what it meant. The Player even knew what the other Player believed - They are, after all, the same thing working toward the same goal.
The two Players began their game, each knowing the stakes, each knowing who would win and who would lose, and when each would. The Hapless-Observers watched this game, placed their bets. They won and they lost right there along with the Players - or so they thought. After the many games had ended, the Hapless-Observers felt they wanted to be players, too.
So, the Inventor-Players of the Great Game created a convention. A convention exclusive to, ruled by, and formed for the two of them. They made more boards and more pieces, sold them to the once-observers-now-players, and gave them the rules. The Inventors' didn't have to entice the Hapless by playing the game themselves anymore. They could let the Hapless play, whilst sitting back and dictating it all from afar. So, the Players became the Observers, and having built this system of rules, they intimately knew the game.
A tournament was held, and from their soapboxes the Players-become-Observers now spoke to the observers-become-players. During that time, even more of the Hapless of the society took it upon themselves to also observe the game.
As time went on, with both the Hapless-Players and Hapless-Observers consumed by the game, the Observer-Inventors changed the rules, raised the stakes. They made their money, gained their fame, power, and control. The Observer-Inventors realized they didn't even need to observe anymore. The game was now out there, after all. The rules and confines as clear and enforced as law.
The Inventor-Observers chose their emissary-observers, called them the New-Observers. Once Hapless-Observers who turned Hapless-Player, who showed just enough chutzpah to be offered a position as a mover and shaker. The Inventors' told them a partial truth of the ultimate stakes - just enough to get them on board, and keep them blinded in the lusts of their most base desires.
Now, a whole society of hapless mid-wits observe from a level lower than both the Inventors and New-Observers, and yet invests themselves more into the Great Game than either of the two of them. That whole hapless society bought it, as a result giving up its own good interests in settlement for the desires of Team Red, and Team Blue.
Look at what once was thought to be a simple Chess Game meant to pass the time, and bring about the betterment of those playing and observing. It was all just a matter of divide and conquer from the very beginning. Yet none saw it then, and fewer still see it today.
Did the Inventors know this would happen? Did their evil genius spring up due to the merit of their own mind, their own spirit?
No.
For at the heart of the snake that is Team Red and Team Blue is the voice and impulse which guided it in the first place. The foundation of this game was one who had been Playing and Observing since it all went wrong.
I implore you, ye adopted sons of God-in-Christ, do not give yourself up to the heart of the one who has been howling in accusation against mankind since his Fall.
Trump, Team Red, Team Blue, the United States of America - none are worthy of your faith. For there is but One who is worthy: He who is Lord of lords, and King of kings. The Beginning and the End.
